The company was founded in St. Petersburg in 2017. It specializes in the production and export deliveries of Russian oil and gas equipment, as well as in the import of equipment from leading foreign manufacturers.

Since 2019 The company has successfully started providing engineering support services for directional and horizontal drilling in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the CIS countries.

Since 2022 new directions for the sale of products in the chemical and metallurgical industries were opened.
